At CPS Designs, our mission is to provide property owners, both residential and commercial, with a more functional, beautiful and valuable asset, all while embracing and enhancing the original character and architecture of the structure; on time and within the budget allocated to the project. CPS Designs has been featured in Architectural Digest.
CHELSEA SCHAMES
FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL
Chelsea is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she majored in Policy, Planning and Development with an emphasis in Real Estate Development.
Prior to founding CPS Designs, Chelsea worked in commercial real estate and asset management. She is a licensed real estate Broker and has earned a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the New York University, Schack Institute of Real Estate and a degree in Interior Design from UCLA, where she graduated with distinction.
Most recently she was elected and served two terms on the Executive Board of Directors of the Beverlywood Homes Association and served as the board liaison to the Design Review Committee.
Chelsea’s attention to detail and her “can do” attitude make her a wonderful project manager and an asset to any construction site.
Chelsea is passionate and dedicated to her projects, and enjoys seeing them through completion. Chelsea brings her knowledge, experience, valued vendors and “an eye for design” to each of her projects.
Chelsea lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three children.
ELIANA BLUMENSTRAUCH
DESIGNER
Eliana received a Masters degree in Interior Design and Architecture from UCLA Extension in 2018, and has since joined the CPS Designs team. Her attention to detail and creative abilities make her a wonderful asset to any project.
